Group classes on site at your location. An introduction to mindfulness practices and principles, tailored to meet the needs of your group ( e.g. Mindfulness in the workplace, Mindfulness for Educators).



Day-Long Retreats

For beginners and experienced meditators


Mindfulness retreats for people who have attended MBSR programs or who have some experience with mindfulness practice. Periods of sitting, walking, eating meditation as well as mindful movement (Yoga, Qi Gong). These day-long retreats focus on specific themes for deepening practice (e.g. power of kindness, radical acceptance, cultivating compassion).



Weekend Retreats

Healing Retreats for Women Touched by Cancer

Weekend retreats integrating mindfulness, movement, creative expression, and other healing modalities to support people with a cancer diagnosis at any stage of their journey. These retreats are also open to people supporting a loved one with cancer.

Join in a community of women to cultivate mindfulness--to rest in your present moment experience with kindness and openness--especially towards yourself. Reduce stress and fear and gain clarity.



Day-Long Gatherings


In our Circle of Women Gatherings, like- hearted women come together in a nurturing, supportive, safe environment to encourage and foster healing and growth. We celebrate our connections, creativity and sacredness through meditation, ceremony, art, dance, music and deep listening to ourselves and one another.
